ABOUT ME
My name is Sukhita Karthi and I am currently a graduate student in Stanford University's Design Impact Engineering program. With a passion for healthcare and technology, my goal is to use the power of human-centered design research and strategy to create disruptive products and services.
I graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship. Subsequently, I worked as a Product Manager at NueMD, a healthcare software company delivering services to improve physician practice management. My experiences have allowed me to learn a wide variety of skills ranging from medical device design to user research to interaction and experience design. As a quick learner, I am extremely adaptable and nimble in learning new skills and getting things done. I am constantly looking for ways to contribute to the world and society around me through innovative solutions. I am always eager to learn and build with my hands to create something different. Among other things, I also enjoy playing tennis, yoga, film photography, teaching / mentoring, reading, going to museums, and obsessing over cute animals.
